摘    要:为评价施工水域航标配布方案的合理性,提出一种主客观相结合的航标配布方案评价方法。基于对施工水域航标配布方案的经济性、技术性、适用性和可持续性影响因素的分析,建立评价指标体系。分别利用序关系分析法和离差最大化法确定主观权重和客观权重,并进一步构建双目标组合赋权优化模型确定组合权重。结合证据推理法构建施工水域航标配布方案评价方法。以某护岸工程施工水域的4个航标配布方案为例,验证了所提评价方法的可行性。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the rationality of buoy layout schemes in construction waters, an evaluation method of buoy layout schemes with the combination of subjective method and objective method is proposed. Based on the analysis on the economic, technical, applicability and sustainability influencing factors of buoy layout schemes in construction waters, the evaluation index system is established. The subjective weight and the objective weight are determined by the rank correlation analysis method and the maximum deviation method, respectively, and a dual objective combination weighting optimization model is further established to determine the combination weight. An evaluation method for buoy layout schemes in construction waters is constructed with the evidential reasoning algorithm. Taking four buoy layout schemes in the construction waters of a revetment project as an example, the feasibility of the proposed evaluation method is verified.
