| 摘 要： | 根据15家港口水运上市公司2002年年报数据,应用DEA模型对其经营的相对效率进行了评价。对各决策单元进行了DEA有效性和规模收益分析,并对决策单元的投入冗余率和产出不足率进行了研究。同时对多种不同输入、输出指标的组合方案进行了DEA评价,评价结果能够反映港口水运上市公司经营效率的基本情况,为上市公司进行决策提供数据参考。

| Abstract: | According to the management annals of 15 ports and water-transportation enterprises, the relative efficiency of management performance is studied by DEA method. The DEA efficiency, scale benefits, input redundancy and output lack are analyzed. The evaluating results are given for different input and output indices projects. The results show the method is efficient and helpful for decision-making. |
