| 摘 要： | 基于诉讼时效直接决定着当事人是否具有胜诉权,且海事诉讼时效制度尤其是海事诉讼时效的中断又与民事诉讼时效的中断不尽相同,从诉讼时效制度设立意义的角度及我国司法现状出发,对海事诉讼时效的中断进行探讨,以期引起共鸣,并对实务界有所助益.

| Abstract: | Considering that litigation limitation can directly determine whether a party can succeed in a suit, and there are some differences between maritime litigation limitation rule, especially the interruption of limitation in maritime litigation, and the interruption of limitation
in civil litigation, the interruption of limitation in maritime litigation is discussed from the angle of establishing litigation limitation rule and starting from the current situation of judicature
in China, in the hope of arousing sympathetic response and contributing to the practice in maritime law. |
