摘    要:为实现船舶电力系统的能量管理,采用施耐德M340可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller, PLC)和DEIF并车保护单元(Protection and Paralleling Unit,PPU)以及MODBUS串行通信网络,构建船舶电力监控系统.该系统为3层结构:上层为计算机,中间层为M340 PLC,下层为PPU和小触摸屏.上层与中间层之间采用TCP/IP总线,中间层与下层之间采用MODBUS总线.该电力监控系统软件包括同步合闸子程序、能量管理子程序、重载询问子程序和轻载解列子程序等.

Abstract:In order to realize the energy management of marine power system, the Schneider M340 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), DEIF Protection and Paralleling Unit (PPU) and MODBUS serial communication network are adopted to build the marine power monitoring system. The system consists of three network layers: the upper layer is computer, the middle layer is M340 PLC unit, and the lower layer is PPU and small touch screen. TCP/IP is adopted as communication medium between the upper and the middle layer, and MODBUS is used between the middle layer and the lower layer. The software of the power monitoring system includes the simultaneous closing subprogram, energy management subprogram, overloading enquiry subprogram and underloading removal subprogram and so on.
