| 摘 要： | 通过对气阀运动规律的理论分析和气阀间隙异常故障的模拟试验，揭示了缸盖表面振动信号与配气凸轮型线、柴油机工况和气阀间隙的内在联系，探讨了一种适用于多种机型柴油机不同工况下气阀热态间隙的振动监测方法。

| Abstract: | By theoretical analysis of valve hoisting movement and experimental simulation on abnormal valve clearance,this paper reveals the relationship between vibration signals on cylinder head,cam profile,performance conditions and valve clearance,proposes a new method for valve thermal clearance online monitoring suitable for engines of any classes under any running conditions,and introduces a measuring method for valve hoisting movement. |
