轮机工程管理的历史沿革与展望

摘    要:对轮机工程管理自诞生至今 3个发展阶段的社会历史背景、机器设备状况、环境、人及管理的发展 ,作了较为详细的回顾 ;对各个阶段机器设备的应用、优缺点及兴衰的原因、轮机工程管理的特点、变化及最后融入现代科学管理范畴的进程作了系统分析。还对轮机工程管理的发展趋势进行了预测分析。随着自动化技术、微电子技术、通讯技术等高科技的飞速发展 ,2 1世纪将成为知识经济的时代 ,轮机人员进一步减少 ,信息化、智能化、网络化、驾 -机合一和船岸一体化将是轮机工程管理的发展趋势。

Abstract:The paper presents explicit study in social background, machinery situation, environment and management development of marine engineering management that has passed through three development periods. it presents systematic analysis at the applying of machinery of every period, their advantages and disadvantages, the reason about its progress and retrogress, the character and transformation of the marine engineering management and the process in which engineering management pertains to the category of modern scientific management. This paper also presents prediction about the direction of marine engineering management development. With the fast development of technology about automation, micro electronic,communication etc, the 21 st century will be the knowledge economic epoch. The members of marine engineering department will further decrease, informatization, intelligentization, latticing, the combination of steer and machine,the integration of ship and shore will be a tendency .
