摘 要: | 运用灰色预测法预测上海港未来3年的集装箱吞吐量.根据上海港集装箱码头的具体情况计算其通过能力,再通过产能利用率指标判断上海港集装箱码头是否面临产能过剩的问题.结果表明,上海港集装箱码头不存在产能过剩问题.最后提出在现有码头设施条件下提高产能的建议.

Container throughput forecast of Shanghai Port based on Grey Model |

Abstract: | A grey forecast method is used to predict the container throughput of
Shanghai Port in the next 3 years. The handling capacity of Shanghai
container terminals is calculated according to their specific conditions.
Whether there exists the overcapacity problem in Shanghai container
terminals can be judged by the capacity utilization rate index. The
results show that there exists no overcapacity problem in Shanghai
container terminals. Finally, some suggestions for increasing the handling
capacity are put forward under the existing facilities of terminals. |
