| 摘 要： | 为弥补现有评价方法中主观赋权法和客观赋权法的不足,对现有企业竞争力评价方法中的权重确定方法进行分析,根据初始权重的确定,融合多种主观赋权法和客观赋权法的赋权结果,用属性坐标分析比较的方法进行学习调整,总结提出基于评判者心理偏好的动态组合赋权(Dynamic Combination Weighing Approach,DCWA)法.通过算例表明利用该方法所给出的权重信息更科学、合理,能对评价指标给出合理的权重,同时又充分体现评判者的心理偏好,较好地克服单一赋权法的不足,从而使最终的评价结果更符合实际,对企业竞争力评价分析更正确.该方法的思想也可应用于经济、管理等评价和决策系统中. |

| Abstract: | To overcome the shortage of the existing subjective and objective weighing approaches on evaluating the competitiveness of an enterprise,the approaches are studied on how to determine the weights of attributes of every index.Based on the multi-ways of weighing,subjective and objective,the initial given weight of each index,the study measure is adjusted according to the comparsion of analysis of attribute coordinate and the Dynamic Combination Weighing Approach(DCWA) based on the syndic's preference measure according to the judge's psychological favor is summaried and put forward.Through analyzing calculating models,this weighing approach is proved to be more scientific and reasonable to get a reasonable weighting.At the meantime,it discloses the psychological favor of judges and overcomes the shortcoming of indiviual DCWA to make the estimated result more practical and makes the estimates of competiveness of enterprise more exact.The thought of this method can also have application in economy,management and decision. |
