摘    要:为推进保税港区与内陆港互动发展,建立由5方面共20个指标组成的保税港区与内陆港互动发展模式选择关键指标体系,将保税港区与内陆港互动发展模式分为契约联盟式、合资经营式和虚拟互动式等3种.构建基于BP神经网络的互动发展模式选择模型,将该方法应用于厦门海沧保税港区与其内陆港的互动实践.结果表明,不同的内陆港因发展水平不同,应该选择不同的互动模式.该方法可为相关保税港区与内陆港建立互动关系提供科学的理论依据,也可为已建立互动关系的保税港区与内陆港解决互动发展过程中存在的问题提供帮助.

Abstract:To promote the interaction development of bonded port and inland port, a key index system of interactive mode selection for bonded port and inland port is constructed with five aspects and twenty indicators, which creates three interaction modes of bonded port and inland port, namely, strategic alliance model, joint venture mode and virtual interactive mode. Interaction development selection modes based on BP neural network is constructed and applied to interaction practice of Xiamen Haicang bonded port and inland port. The result indicates that different inland ports should select different interaction modes as a result of different levels of development. The method could not only provide scientific theory basis for the construction of interaction relationship between the relevant bonded port and inland port, but also offer help to solve practical problems existing in the process of interaction development between bonded port and inland port which have established relationship.
