东海大桥非通航孔船舶碰撞风险量化分析与管理对策

摘    要:为更好地揭示东海大桥非通航孔所面临的船舶碰撞风险,采用空间有限元分析和截面能力计算对非通航孔桥墩的防碰撞能力进行计算,结果显示:东海大桥非通航孔桥墩只能抵抗小于500 t的驳船在漂移情况下速度不大于2 m/s的撞击,600 t的驳船以最低设计航速(2 m/s)的撞击能使桥梁结构失效,故桥梁结构难以抵抗600 t以上驳船的撞击。研究结果表明:东海大桥非通航孔船舶碰撞风险量化计算可以更加精确直观地表现东海大桥非通航孔的防船舶碰撞能力。

Quantitative analysis and management countermeasures in ship collision risk of non navigable holes of Donghai Bridge

Abstract:In order to reveal the risk of ship collision in the non navigable holes of Donghai Bridge, the anti collision capability of non navigable piers is calculated by the finite element analysis and the section capacity calculation. The results show that, the Donghai Bridge non navigable piers can only withstand the impact of less than 500 t of barges in the case of drift with the speed of no more than 2 m/s, and the impact of 600 t of barges at the minimum design speed (2 m/s) can cause the bridge structure failure. The bridge structure is difficult to resist the impact of more than 600 t of barges. The results show that the quantitative calculation of the collision risk of the non navigable holes of Donghai Bridge can provide more accurate and intuitive representation of the anti ship collision capability of the non navigable holes of Donghai Bridge.
