摘    要:为提高自动化码头服务水平和减少能耗,在考虑自动化码头装卸设备作业能耗的基础上,针对自动化集装箱码头三种装卸设备(岸桥、自动引导车和自动堆垛机)间的协调调度问题,以设备总作业时间最短和总作业能耗最低为目标,建立多目标混合整数规划模型,并用遗传算法求解。结果表明,考虑能耗会对装卸设备的装卸时间产生影响,能耗要求越低,装卸时间越长。利用该模型可以实现三种装卸设备间的协调调度,并实现时间效率与节能之间更好的权衡。

Coordinated scheduling of handling equipments at automated terminals considering energy consumption

Abstract:To improve the automated terminal service level and reduce the energy consumption, considering the energy consumption of automated terminal handling equipments, aiming at the coordinated scheduling of the three kinds of handling equipments (quay cranes, automated guided vehicles and automated stacker cranes) at automated container terminals, a multi objective mixed integer programming model is established with the objective of minimizing the total operating time and the total operating energy consumption. The model is solved by the genetic algorithm. The results show that considering the energy consumption can affect the handling time of handling equipments. The lower the energy consumption is, the longer the handling time is. The model can be used to realize the coordinated scheduling of the three kinds of handling equipments, and achieve a better trade off between time efficiency and energy conservation.
