高架轨道式自动化集装箱码头仿真建模与分析

摘    要:为改进自动化集装箱码头装卸工艺,提出一种新型高架轨道式集装箱码头系统(该系统还处于概念阶段,简称新系统)的仿真模型,并对其性能进行分析。应用Plant Simulation构建新系统仿真模型。与基于地面自动导引小车(automated guided vehicle,AGV)的自动化集装箱码头系统(简称传统系统)进行对比,分析新系统的作业性能和高架小车数量对作业指标的影响。仿真结果表明:与传统系统相比,新系统的船舶装卸时间缩短约6%,节约了码头岸线和岸桥资源;高架小车配置数量与码头主要指标呈近似二次关系,建议在各作业线上配置5~6辆高架小车。结果可为新系统的后续研发和设计提供参考。

Simulation modeling and analysis of automated container terminals with elevated rail transit
Abstract:To improve the handling process of automated container terminals, a simulation model of a new container terminal system with elevated rail transit (it is still at the stage of theory discussion, abbreviated as the new system) is proposed and its performance is analyzed. The simulation model of the new system is constructed by Plant Simulation. Compared with the automated container terminal system based on automated guided vehicle(AGV) on the ground (the traditional system for short), the influence of the performance and the number of automated vehicles on elevated rails of the new system on the operation indices is analyzed. The simulation results show that: compared with the traditional system, the ship handling time of the new system is shortened by about 6%, which saves the resources of terminal shoreline and quay cranes; the relationship between the configuration number of automated vehicles on elevated rails and each main operational index of terminals is approximately a quadratic polynomial, where 5 to 6 automated vehicles on elevated rails are advised to be configured for each operational line. The results can provide reference for the development and design of the new system.
