船舶空调热舒适控制策略

摘    要:针对传统船舶空调PID控制动态性能和抗干扰能力弱的缺点,设计一种将PID控制与模糊理论相结合的模糊PID控制。利用MATLAB,分别对传统的PID控制、模糊控制和模糊PID控制进行仿真比较,发现模糊PID控制具有控制精度高、超调小、波动小、动态响应快的特点。船舶航行于复杂的环境中,舱室内热舒适温度随着外界环境变化需不断调整,对船舶空调温度控制系统采用模糊PID控制可以精确、快速地使船舶舱室达到热舒适的状态。

Control strategy of thermal comfort of ship airconditioning
Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the dynamic performance and anti interference ability of traditional PID control for the ship airconditioning system, a fuzzy PID control combining PID control and the fuzzy theory is designed. By MATLAB, the traditional PID control, the fuzzy control and the fuzzy PID control are simulated and compared. It is found that the fuzzy PID control is of high control precision, small overshoot, small fluctuation and fast dynamic response. For ships sailing in a complex environment, the thermal comfort temperature in cabin needs to be constantly adjusted to complicated external environment, and the fuzzy PID control for the ship airconditioning temperature control system can make the ship cabin comfortable accurately and quickly.
