| 摘 要： | 韩非作为先秦法家思想的集大成者。《韩非子》中为了宣传法治思想而对当时具有广泛影响的儒家思想进行了尖锐的批评讽刺,作为儒家思想代表人物的孔子在《韩非子》中被多次提及并发生了异化。儒家的贤人孔子被异化为：表面符合儒家,实际宣扬法家思想的孔子;一反儒者形象,代法家立言的孔子。异化的孔子是一个假托的虚拟性文学形象,是韩非宣扬法家思想和政治追求的承载物,具有政治、文献、文学等方面的价值。

| Abstract: | As a representative of Legalism in the Pre-Qin Period,Han Feizi attacked severely Confucianism,which was widely influential then,in his works entitled his own name Han Feizi,in order to publicize his discipline,As a result,a twisted image of Confucius was constructed repeatedly in the book.Instead of being a Confucianism master,Confucius was depicted as an advocate of Legalism thoughts.Such an invented character of a deformed Confucius was actually a tool employed by Han Feizi to popularize his own thinking... |
