| 摘 要： | 高职院校会计专业人才培养模式创新打破了传统的以会计理论为主、少数实践教学为辅的课程教学体系,以及在教学中采用"填鸭式"满堂灌的教学方法,而是根据高职教育的人才培养模式特点,以及民营中小企业对高职会计专业人才的需求,在创新和优化课程体系中,按照"321"工学结合的创新人才培养模式,构建以"职业岗位核心能力"为基础,以企业会计"工作过程或工作流程"方法为教学改革内容的新型会计专业理论和实践人才培养新模式。

| Abstract: | The innovation of accounting talents training mode in vocational colleges has reformed traditional curricula teaching system,which was based on accounting theory and assisted by less practical teaching,and adopted the cramming teaching method.According to the characteristics of talents cultivation mode in vocational education and the demands of private enterprises for accounting talents,we shall innovate talents training mode in consistence with "321" engineering and studying combination method when optimizing curricula system,and base on the core ability of vocational position,reform accounting process and working flow,so as to create a new training mode for accounting talents who master major theories and applications. |
