| 摘 要： | 以和谐理念引领高校发展是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,也是高校科学发展的现实需要。本文分析了在和谐理念引领下,学校自身条件与服务面向定位,学校、教师、学生,规模、结构、质量、效益,党委领导、校长负责、专家治校、民主管理等要素如何实现和达到和谐统一的问题,对促进高校和谐发展具有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | It's an important part in the socialism harmonious society construction to conduct universities' development by harmony philosophy. And it's also the realistic need for universities' scientific development. This article analyzes the localization in the combination of universities' own conditions and service according to harmony philosophy, and discusses how to realize and achieve the harmonious unification for essential factors such as universities, teachers, students, scales, structures, qualities, benefits, the Party committee leaders, presidents' responsibility, experts' treatments for universities, democratic managements etc. It has some certain reference significance to promote universities' harmonious development. |
