| 摘 要： | 内容繁富的新伦理学,自有其严谨的逻辑体系。这个严谨逻辑体系的内在支撑,恰恰是休谟法则。休谟法则之所以具备这个功能,是在于它内蕴了人类伦理公理生成的全部条件。新伦理学就是以人类道德需要为前提,通过道德最终目的这一中介,从伦理行为事实如何的客观本性中推导出来伦理行为应该如何的伦理公理,然后对此一伦理公理构成的双重前提与结论予以全面确证,新伦理学逻辑展开的整体思路和理论体系的宏观构架在此确证中完整生成。

| Abstract: | The rich content of New Ethics has its rigorous logic systems with Hume’s law at the basis. Hume’s law encompasses all the conditions for man’s ethical axioms. New Ethics starts from humane ethical needs to deduct axioms of ethical behaviors by the subjective nature of ethical facts, mediated by the ethical goal. Confirmation of the axioms comes from both the precondition and the conclusion. In the confirmation, the overall theoretical system becomes established. |
