| 摘 要： | 教师教育制度包括教师的培养、选拔任用、培训、考核等一系环节组成的有机整体。我国传统的封闭定向型的教师教育模式面临着由计划经济向市场经济体制、应试教育到素质教育、精英教育向大众教育的转变的剧烈冲击和知识经济的挑战。建立开放、灵活的教师教育模式是我国教师教育制度改革的目标模式。

| Abstract: | A teacher's education system has many components: the education, the appointment, the training and the evaluation. The traditional closed and predetermined education mode is now facing challenges, as the planned economy is transformed to a marked economy, test education to quality education, elite education to public education, along with the challenges from a knowledge-based economy. An open and flexible mode is the aim of the reform of teacher's education system. |
