| 摘 要： | 当前,我国的许多中小企业可持续发展遇到一系列挑战与危机,在发展中受到很多因素的影响和制约,集群和创新就是其中很重要的两个。集群和创新同样也在相互影响和制约。因此,政府应把政策重心转移到对中小企业集群和创新的扶持上来,努力营造集群和创新的人文氛围,促进企业集群和创新的培育和发展。

| Abstract: | Small and medium enterprises in China are now facing a series of challenges and problems in their sustainable development.Two of the major ones are their cluster development and their integrated innovative capacities,which may support and restrict each other.Therefore government policies may need to place an emphasis on SME clustering and their integrated innovation so that a supportive culture can develop within and between the enterprises. |
