| 摘 要： | 课外体育锻炼是大学体育的重要组成部分.目前,大学生参与课外体育锻炼的运动量相对不足,体育锻炼的方式、场所及锻炼项目等存在较明显的集中趋势.而影响大学生参加课外体育锻炼的原因却是多方面的.为此,必须重视校园体育文化建设,营造积极向上的体育锻炼氛围.

| Abstract: | Extra-curricular physical activities are an important part of college physical education.At present the number of students participating extra-curricular sports is only intermediate.Their exercise volume is inadequate,and they tend to centre on the same types of exercise and even the same events.The factors affecting their participation are various.Schools should give enough emphasis to physical culture construction on campus to create conducive atmosphere for physical exercise. |
