| 摘 要： | 在社区参与旅游发展中,地方政府及旅游管理部门、社区集体组织、外来旅游企业、社区居民等主体为了各自的利益而产生了不同的冲突,而造成这些冲突的因素既有社会生产力方面的,也有制度和文化等方面的。由此表明,社区参与旅游发展的利益冲突是一个复杂而系统的工程,必须放在社区经济社会发展的大框架下进行解决。

| Abstract: | When local communities come into the development of tourism,interest conflict may arise between local government,tourism administrative organs,local collective organizations,tourism enterprises from other places,and local residents.The conflicts may be traced back to institutional causes and cultural ones.Thus,communities' participation is a complex system,wherein the subsequent conflicts of interest should find their solutions against the background framework of countryside social-economic development. |
