| 摘 要： | ＂以人为本＂的价值理念与人类中心主义都把人作为价值的起点和归宿,但人类中心主义具有历史、逻辑的局限性。而＂以人为本＂的价值理念具有明确的价值主体、实现途径、价值标准和价值目标,它把最广大人民的根本利益作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点,尊重人民主体地位,发挥人民首创精神,保障人民各项权益,走共同富裕道路,促进人的全面发展,做到发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享。这是科学的、适应社会需要的价值理念。
