| 摘 要： | 中国—东盟自由贸易区建设将会给新世纪的云南带来深远的影响。它不仅给云南带来了重大的发展机遇,同时从国际、国内及云南自身状况来说,自由贸易区建设对云南的社会经济发展也是一种挑战。全面把握这些机遇和挑战,根据云南在本世纪的发展基础、需要和目标,有针对性地作出云南参与中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的对策和措施,对云南将会起到重要的作用。
