| 摘 要： | 玉溪个私经济发展迅猛,已成为全市最具活力和潜力的经济增长点,随着企业生产规模的逐步扩张,规模扩张的动力大大加强,资金不足的矛盾越来越突出,单纯依靠企业内部积累已经难以满足企业扩大投资规模的要求,对外部资金的需求越来越强烈。由于个私企业自身的原因,以及银行和社会体系的历史问题,个私企业的融资困难已经成为制约个私经济发展的很大因素。“资金瓶颈”严重制约了个私经济的二次腾飞,政府政策的支持、银行的金融服务以及个私经济规范化运作程度的提升,是解决瓶颈问题的三方动力,缺一不可。

| Abstract: | Private economy has already become a vigorous growing sector with great potential in Yuxi city.However,with its expanding scale under a strong drive,the problem of inadequate financing becomes increasingly acute.Accumulation within the enterprises fails to meet the growing demand for investment.For reasons from within the private enterprises,accompanied by historical problems in banking and social system,financing has turned to be a major hindering factor in the further development of private economy.'Financial bottleneck' seriously preveots the second take off of private economy.Government support,financial services and standardized operation of the private enterprises are the three indispensable propellers to overcome the bottleneck. |
