| 摘 要： | 任何时代都需要精英教育。大众教育和精英教育既有联系,又有区别。研究型大学应该努力实施精英教育;教学型大学,只要积极创造条件,也可以适当发展精英教育;即使是职业高等教育门类的学院,也可以对个别特别优秀学生实施精英教育。
