摘    要:】众多证据表明,γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、甘氨酸(Gly)是脊椎动物中枢神经系统(CNS)中主要的抑制性氨基酸类神经递质,参与神经系统的多种生理功能,对运动、感觉、内分泌、镇痛及生物节律等起着重要调节作用。但择时运动对其含量及近似昼夜节律性的影响却有待进一步研究

Abstract:Many evidences proved that r aminobutyrate acid (GABA) and glyciane (Gly) are the main inhabitive amino acid neurotransmitters in the central nervous system of the vertibrates.The neurotransmitters take part in many physiological functions in nervous system and play an important regulating role for exercise,sensation,endocrine,anti pain and biorhythms.However,the effects of chronontraining upon the amount changes and circadian rhythm of two neurotransmitters need a deep research.
