摘    要:目的:研究运动过程中人体骨骼肌组织肌氧含量的相对变化与个体乳酸阈间的关系.方法:用近红外三波长肌氧监测系统,对受试者在功率自行车上作等级性递增负荷运动时,局部骨骼肌组织中的肌氧含量的相对变化进行了无损、连续、在体实时监测与分析,并同步测定和记录受试者的血乳酸浓度.结果:肌氧含量的相对变化与个体乳酸阈和运动强度具有高度的相关性(p=0.01).结论:本研究为无损监测和评定运动员的生理机能状况、掌握训练强度、评价训练效果引入新的生物学测试指标和技术.

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between individual blood lactate threshold( IBLT) and tissue oxygen content in human skeletal muscle. Method: using a portable tissue oximeter based on three-wave-length near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) was designed for measuring muscle oxygenation content. The relative changes of skeletal muscle oxygen content were measured and analyzed non-invasively, consecutively and in vivo when healthy volunteers performed an incremental intensity exercise protocol on bicycle ergometer, with which blood lactate acid concentration(Bla) and exercise intensity were compared. Result: In the experiment, the change in skeletal muscle oxygenation content of the volunteers was regular and has a significant close relationship to individual blood lactate threshold and exercise intensity (p=0.01). Conclusion: This research shows that NIRS is a new biomedical photonics technology and could be applied in the athletes physical status's non-invasively check and evaluation, and it will help us to control the exercise intensity and to evaluate the exercise effect.
