摘    要:探讨使用外源性生长激素对运动大鼠代谢酶活性及心肌细胞结构的影响.通过对雄性SD大鼠注射重组人生长激素并进行耐力训练,发现心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性增加,血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性增高,心肌线粒体超微结构有一定程度的损伤.提示有氧耐力运动能提高心肌细胞有氧代谢的能力,生长激素能进一步增强这种能力.8周有氧运动可能导致心肌细胞的损伤,生长激素能进一步促进过度运动所造成的心肌细胞损伤.

Abstract:The paper discussed the effects of growth hormone treatment on rats' myocardial cell structure and their ability of aerobic metabolism after training.The male SD rats were treated by injection of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGh) combined with endurance training.The results indicated that: There was significant increase in serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the training injection group compared with the rest groups.The activity of cardiac succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) was significant increased in the training injection group.The ultrastructure of myocardial mitochondria was injured to some extent in the training group and the training injection group.It suggested that: The aerobic endurance training could improve ability of aerobic metabolism and rhGh treatment may further enhance the response the exercise training;Aerobic endurance training for 8weeks could induce the damage of myocardial cell while rhGh treatment may further enhance the response to excess endurance training.
