| 摘 要： | 以四川省的8所高校为对象,通过对它们自办高水平运动队的现状进行较详细的调查分析,发现高校领导普遍重视自办高水平运动队;教练员的综合素质较高,部分学校场馆建设的实力已超过省级优秀运动队.存在的主要问题是:学训矛盾仍然没有得到很好解决,选材的途径不通,教练员专项的运动训练素质还有待提高,训练缺少必要的医务监督、康复设备、营养膳食、心理训练等环节.提出了加强教练员专项岗位培训,建立"一条龙"的选材网络,提高科学训练水平等对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The author sampled 8 universities in Sichuan province,and made an analysis of the present situation of their own sports teams.It considered that the leaders of these universities generally attached importance to their sports teams,coaches' integrative quality was comparatively high,and some of these gymnasiums were better than those of elite sports teams of provincial level.On the other hand the problems were existing in the contradiction between studying and training,in the block of talent identification,in coaches' need-improving professional traning skills and in lack of essential medical supervision,convalescence equipment,nutrition food as well as psychological training.The writer presented suggestions of enforcing coaches' professional skills,setting set up an integral mechanism of talent identification,and improving level of scientifical training as well. |
