| Abstract: | Connected with the current situation of legal system construction and the follow-on reality of professional basketball club, this paper has a deep research on law standard of professional basketball club in China. That is: legal system environment of professional basketball club building; related law question of professional basketball club; the law question that relates with basketball players; law questions of establishing Sino-foreign jointly professional basketball club, etc. This research will provide reference for China's healthy development of professional basketball club. |
