| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、比较分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法了解体育教育专业健美操专修课程难度动作的教学现状,分析难度动作教学现状中不合理状况的形成原因,建议体育教育专业健美操专修课程难度动作的教学应贴近学生的实际情况,难度动作教学应注意学生基本功的训练,使健美操难度动作的教学更具科学性,使培养出的健美操人才符合社会的需要.

| Abstract: | Using the methods of the documentary,comparison,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematic statistics,the author studies and analyzes the unreasonable situation and its reasons of teaching difficult movements in calisthenics-specialized courses of PE major.Furthermore,it suggests that the teaching of difficult movements be close to students' reality by paying attention to basic technique training and using more scientific teaching methods. |
