| 摘 要： | 对一些普通高校所提出应增加体育理论课教学的观点进行了质疑和反思，指出当前盲目增加体育理论课教学时数必将使学校体育教学又走进一个二元改革的误区之中，这种误区主要体现在依据不足及其所带来的一系列目前尚无法彻底解决的新问题，并提出了改革的相应建议。
