| 摘 要： | 通过对史料的梳理,提出张謇的学校体育教育思想形成和发展经历了三个阶段；张謇在《奏定学堂章程》的规定之前就在其创办的学校中开设体育必修课,改变了南通传统学校教育中只有德育、智育而无体育的现象；张謇超前的体育教育意识及其对竞技体育的重视和投资,奠定了南通“体育之乡”的人文发展基础,是南通走出15位世界冠军及竞技体育腾飞的历史原动力.
