| 摘 要： | 通过总结国家级社会体育指导员培训工作所取得的成效,对各培训基地在依据<国家级社会体育指导员培训大纲>的基础上所开展的培训工作进行研究,针对全国各培训基地在培训工作中所存在的问题,进行全面系统科学的分析.并在此基础上提出相应对策,力求通过完善培训体系,加快培养国家级社会体育指导员的速度提高培训质量,进而加快我国全民健身计划开展的步伐. |
