| 摘 要： | 本文对我国女子１００米栏运动员刘华金破亚洲纪录（１２″８９的成绩）时的跨栏步技术动作进行了运动学分析；并用扫描摄像的方法记录了同次跨栏跑的全过程，用录像解析方法获得全程分段速度。研究结果揭示了刘跨栏步技术特征、技术上的优势及存在问题；提供了一份评价、诊断跨栏步技术的运动学参数系统，可为跨栏训练实践提供参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper, cinematosraphic measurement was used to analyse Liu Huajin's hurdlestrides during her breaking Asian record of woman 100m hurdles.Full hurdling run was recorded byscanning video recording and split velocity of full run was obtained by television-computer analysis.The results showed the technique characterlstics and technique advantages of Liu's hurdle strides,revealed her shortages, and provided a set of kinematical parameters for evaluation, deagnosing andtraining hurdle stride techniques. |
