运动员某些生理,生化指标的时间生物学特征探讨

摘    要:对26名男性运动员的环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、可的松(Cortisol)、睾丸酮(T)在24小时内的不同时刻的量变的研究,以探讨其时间生物学特征,为运动员选材提供依据。结果发现cAMP、Cortisol、T均表现出明显的近似昼夜节律(P<0.05),cGMP不具有昼夜节律(P>0.05),cAMP的峰相位处于上午8时左右,Cortisol、T的峰相位与cAMP基本同步。可的松的节律稳定性好,可作为判定机能调整幅度的标志节律。

Abstract:t was studyed in the paper that circadian rhythmicity of cAMP,cGMP,cortisol andtestosterone at the different time of a day in 26 athletes,The results showed that cAMP,cortisol andtestcaterone display a significant circadian rhythm(P<0.05),and the acrophases of these indexeswere inclining to synchronine(at 08:00 a. m),while cGMP did not demonstrate those circadianrhythmical characteristics. The findings of the study indicate that we should pay more attention to thiskind of rhythmical characteristics when we employ the indexes for selecting the promising athletes andcarrying out chronotraining.On the other hand,When we control athlete' s exercise workload duringthe training period according to the amount changes of cortisol,it is also necessary for the scientist toput cortisl' s rhythmical changes under his consideration.
