| 摘 要： | 学校体育和健康教育是素质教育的重要内容。要搞好学校体育卫生工作。（1）必须树立健康教育第一的指导思想。（2）学校体育卫生工作必须面向全体学生。（3）培养与师资教育相适应的师资队伍；（4）加大对体育课程内容、结构的改革力度。（5）要尽快改进和完善初中毕业生升学体育考试的内容和方法。（6）开展丰富多彩的课外体育活动，确保学生每天有一小时的体育活动时间。（7）有针对性的加强农村体育卫生工作。（8）要大力加强学校卫生与健康教育各方面的工作。（9）推进学校体育卫生工作的基础性建设,，改善办学条件。（10）加强科研工作，大力推进学校体育卫生工作的科学化进程。

| Abstract: | Physical and health education is the main content in quality-based education. Therefore, the ariclesuggests a series of ways about how to achieve a successful job in school education of health and P. E. (1) Theguideline of'health first' has to be set up. (2) School Work of health and physical education has to be student- oriented. (3) Teaching personnel has to be trained to cultivate more personal for schools. (4) Reform of the contentand struture in physical education has to be strengthened. (5) The contents and methods of examination for juniorhigh scool students to enter senior scools have to be improved. (6) Rich excurricular activities have to be put intopractice to ensure at least one hour each day for sports. (7) Health and phsial education have to be directedlystrengthened in the countyside. (8) Every aspect of the work has to be strengthened. (9) Promote the infrastructural construction (e. g funds and facilities) in scools. (10) Scientific research should be strengthened in scools to promote the scientific course. |
