| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、个案例证分析和访谈等方法,对江、浙、沪部分奥运优势项目后备人才培养模式与运行机制等问题进行研究,指出江、浙、沪优秀运动队吸收奥运优势项目后备人才的人数过少和经济与文化不断发达的背后,社会赋予人的价值取向发生改变,导致"学、训"矛盾加剧等问题,是影响江、浙、沪竞技体育后备人才培养模式与运行机制的主要问题之一.建议经济发达地区竞技体育后备人才培养采用和推广"走训"模式.

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary, questionnaire and interview, this paper anal yzes the current situation, mode and mechanism of reserve athletes training of s ome advantage items for the Olympic Games in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. The writer points out: sports teams of these areas absorb less reserve athletes, co mbines with another background of increasing with economy, it lead to contradict ion between "learning and training", this has already restricted the mode and me chanism of reserve athletes training. Finally, the writer suggests it should ado pt the mode of "both training and learning" to training reserve athletes in deve loped areas. |
