| 摘 要： | 通过文献法、专家访谈法、专家问卷调查等研究方法,测量了112名男子小级别健美运动员的相关指标,对运动员的体能特征进行总结分析,旨在通过对我国健美男子小级别运动员竞技能力指标进行分析,为进一步提高其体能水平以及为今后运动员的选材、训练提供一定的理论参考.
