| 摘 要： | 新课程标准下,高校体育教师专业权力偏失制约着高校体育教师角色转型.体育教师的"专业增权"是促进高校体育教师角色转型的抓手.其主要途径是:改变现行管理模式,建立体育专业新型的评价、运行机制,提供教学与管理人员之间平等交流平台等.与此同时,也应注意高校体育教师专业增权的风险评估及其干预.
