| 摘 要： | 通过对第九届全运会田径比赛中田赛远度项目最佳运动成绩出现早迟情况的分析，结合2003年1月1日即将出台的田径远度项目试跳（掷）轮次减少的规定，提出了今后训练和比赛的相应策略，以适应新规则实施后竞争激烈的比赛。
