| Abstract: | The ultimate aim of competitive sports training is to enable the athletes to achieve the best result in the competition and keep their superior competitive competence as long as possible. This paper studies and analyzes the 5-model sports life span of excellent athletes by consulting literature, surveying questionnaire and cases analysis. It opens out the athletic sports life span on social sciences and humanities factors. |
