| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工已经成为进城农民工的主体,他们的体育权益缺失是当代社会应该给予关注和解决的问题.通过对新生代农民工体育权益缺失现状及原因的分析,提出通过加强政府职能,建立和完善相关法规制度;开展企业社会责任运动,明确农民工体育权益;大力发展社区体育,促进农民工融入城市生活;以农民工工会为依托,提高农民工维权意识和体育技能等途径来保障农民工的体育权益.
