| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,分析了四川省残疾人竞技体育事业发展历程与现状,指出四川省残疾人竞技体育目前主要存在管理机构建设不健全、残疾人竞技体育经费投入严重不足、优势项目不多等10个方面问题；就推进四川省残疾人竞技体育发展提出了加强有关政策法规的执行力度,完善省残疾人竞技体育协会的功能,成立省残疾人竞技体育运动管理中心,加大残疾人竞技体育的投入,拓展残疾人竞技体育经费来源渠道等9点建议.
