| 摘 要： | 运动员基本权利的实现关系到我国竞技体育的良性运行和可持续发展,关系到社会的和谐与稳定.目前,由于多方面的原因,运动员的生存权、劳动权、受教育权、公平竞争权受侵犯的现象比较严重,这极大地阻碍了我国竞技体育事业的发展.我们必须完善相关保障措施,切实保障运动员的基本权利.
