力竭运动后大鼠大脑皮质结构与NGF、TrkA动态变化的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨SD雄性大鼠在一次性力竭运动后,大脑皮质微结构和超微结构的形态改变与神经生长因子NGF、受体TrkA的动态变化关系.方法:随机将大鼠分为对照组(C组)、一次性力竭游泳运动后即刻组(E1)、12h组(E2)、24h组(E3)、48h组(E4),灌注定位取出大脑皮质,运用HE染色、铀铅双染,在光、电镜下观察大脑皮质结构变化,运用免疫组化技术检测大脑皮质中NGF和TrkA表达变化.结果:NGF、TrkA表达水平较C组显著性上升(P<0.05);E2组的NGF、TrkA的表达水平较E1组下调,其中TrkA的表达下调显著(P<0.05);NGF、TrkA的表达上升最为显著,较C组(P<0.01);E4组继续维持着高表达,较C组(P<0.01).结论:一次性力竭运动后大脑皮质结构的损伤和重塑与NGF、TrkA动态表达具有一定的联系性.
