| 摘 要： | 跳马前手翻空翻类高难动作是跳马的一个发展方向和重点，有重要的地位。为在前人研究基础上对这类技术进行更深入、系统的研究探讨，了解其内在结构和一般规律，笔者以在１１届亚运会上成功完成的动作为研究样本，对其第一腾空和推手技术作了较全面、深入的探讨，并较详细地分析了影响技术完成的主要参数间的相互关系，提供了一批运动学参数，对于深入研究和发展完善该类动作技术有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | The most difficult handsping forward-type vaults is a developing direction and stess,Having an important position in competition. In order to make a deeper and systemative discuss to thisactions based on the preceeding and to understand the inner structure and the normal regularity, wehave done a comprehensing research about men's vaulting which successful attempts in 11TH ASIANGAMES BEIJING 1990,this study not only does a deeper analysis about the connection of the mainlinks which influence the techniques but also provides kinesiolgy parameter for sports training, it is ofmomentous current significance to deeper research and develop this vault. |
