| 摘 要： | 目的:观察牵引状态下点振为主与常规牵引推拿治疗脊柱病变的疗效差异。方法:治疗组采用牵引时同时点、按、振等手法为主,辅以针刺,对照组采用常规牵引、推拿、针刺治疗,两组进行比较。结果:治疗组治愈率为75%,对照组治愈为52%,有显著差异性(p<0.05)。结论:本治疗不但效果明显优于对照组,而且疗程较对照组短。

| Abstract: | Goal: Under the observation hauling condition, the curative effect difference which the spot inspires primarily with the conventional hauling massage treatment spinal column pathological change. Method: The treatment group uses when the hauling the same point in time, according to, inspires and so on the techniques primarily, auxiliary by the acupuncture, the control group uses the conventional hauling, the massage, the acupuncture treatment, two groups carry on the comparison. Conclusion: Not only this treatment the effect surpasses the control group obviously, moreover the treatment course compares the control group to be short. |
