| 摘 要： | 为促进大学生心理健康发展,给学校进行有效的大学生心理健康教育与管理提供参考,我中心采用UPI《大学生心理健康普查表》对全院3609名新生进行心理测量和分析。结果显示:大学新生中心理可能存在心理障碍者或不健康者占10.2%,其中心理已经出现异常的学生占到2.3%,反映出我院大学新生心理健康状况基本正常;由"既往病史"与"精神遗传"的群体相对心理健康状况较差,教师要格外关注;学生主要心理症状集中在"情绪""交往"与"自卑"三个方面:另外,只有3.43%的学生"曾经接受过心理卫生的咨询和治疗"。这说明我们目前的心理卫生服务现状还远远不能满足学生的需要。基于以上情况,结合大学新生心理特点,建议从建设心理健康教育队伍、开展系列心理主题教育、通过多种渠道、多种形式开展心理健康教育和心理辅导服务、营造有益于学生心理健康发展的校园环境等多个方面来对新生进行心理健康教育。

| Abstract: | The research center carries out the psychological test and analysis for 3609 freshmen in the college adopting University Personality Inventory (UPI) in order to provide the reference for the authority to ensure effective mental health education and further management. The research demonstrates that screening mental disorders and mental unhealthy students accounts for 10.2%, the students who already appear abnormal take up 2.3% among them. It reflects that the mental health condition of the freshmen in our college is basically in order. Teaching staff should pay close attention to the group with "medical record" or "spiritual inherit". The students' mental symptom is mainly crowded with some aspects of emotion, intercourse or inferiority. In addition, only 3.43% of the freshman "once received mental hygiene consultation and treatment". This shows that at present mental hygiene serves cannot satisfy students' need. According to the above conclusion, the teaching staff must develop mental health education in an all-round way. The suggestion is as follows: training stable psychological health education staff, conducting a series of mental health lectures, advancing different service on mental health education and guidance, constructing harmonious campus environment. |
