| 摘 要： | 高职体育管理模式是充分发挥体育这一独特教育功能的组织保障。我们要从管理学的角度来审视高职体育管理模式,使其在体育工作中发挥最大效益。通过建立简洁有效的管理模式,为管理各层提供一个施展才智的舞台,使每个人的工作细化、标准化和专业方向化,既有利于教师的业务熟练与能力的增强,又有利于体育管理工作的规范和提高质量,使高职体育功能得到充分的发挥,产生巨大的物质效益和社会效益,完成高职教育的总体目标任务。
